Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Elite Walls (“Elite Walls”, “we”) handles personal information collected through elitewalls.ca, our social media lead forms, phone calls and site visits, in accordance with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you request a quote, book a consultation or fill in one of our forms (on this site or on Facebook and Instagram) we collect what is needed to serve you: your name, phone number, email, neighbourhood or address, and details about your project such as room, wall size and timing. If we visit your home for an estimate or an installation we may take photographs of the work for our records and, with your permission, for our portfolio.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule and complete the work, provide warranty and touch-up service, meet tax and accounting obligations, and send you a follow-up about your project. We keep transaction records for the period required by the Canada Revenue Agency (generally six years). We do not send marketing email without your consent, and you can opt out at any time.

Analytics and advertising

Our site may use analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta tools) that set cookies to measure how visitors find and use the site and to show our ads to people who have visited it. These tools receive usage data, not the details of your enquiry. You can limit cookies in your browser settings. Lead forms submitted on Facebook or Instagram are also subject to Meta’s own privacy policy.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the business (scheduling, invoicing and payment tools, and our materials supplier Elite Plaster when an order is placed for your project) or where the law requires.

Your choices
